Exile and the Kingdom- Albert Camus If you couldn’t tell, I’ve been on a bit of a Camus kick recently. This one is a collection of six short stories covering a wide range of existentialist (Camus would balk at this term) ideas and philosophies, my favorite being The Renegade, or a Confused Mind.  This one isn’t a favorite of mine, compared to the rest of his work. However, compared to the rest of the shit put out these days, it’s downright genius. 4/5 Favorite Quote:  “It was entirely blank, though in the center Jonas had written in very small characters one word, which could be deciphered, but it was hard to tell whether it should be read as independent or interdependent.”
